We are hiring for a creative agency specialising in the conceptualisation, design, and execution of experiential events, including conferences, creative insight productions, and digital broadcasts. With a strong presence across APAC and beyond, they bring ideas to life for a wide range of clients across various industries.

We’re looking for a talented and passionate 3D Designer with 3–5 years of relevant experience in the event and conference management industry to join our client's dynamic, multi-disciplinary creative team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is excited to push creative boundaries across 3D event design and spatial storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging 3D concepts for event environments, conference spaces, exhibition booths, and digital stages.

• Lead the design process from initial brief through conceptualisation to final design output.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to interpret creative briefs and translate them into spatial experiences.

• Present design concepts confidently to both internal stakeholders and clients.

• Work hand-in-hand with production teams to ensure design intent is fully realised in execution.

• Stay ahead of industry trends and bring innovative ideas and technologies into the creative process.

• Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of design excellence.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in 3D design, ideally within an event agency, conference production company, or related creative field.

• Strong spatial planning, visualisation, and storytelling skills.

• Proven ability to translate conceptual ideas into compelling 3D designs and production-ready drawings.

• Proficiency in 3D Studio Max, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.

• Confident presentation and communication skills; able to effectively convey design concepts to clients and internal stakeholders.

• A team player with a proactive attitude and attention to detail.
