Roles and Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and develop 3D visualizations for events, exhibitions, spatial experiences, and other brand activation projects.
• Work closely with internal teams to interpret briefs and translate creative ideas into spatial solutions.
• Design and render exhibition booths, stage layouts, event environments, installations, and temporary structures.
• Produce high-quality 3D visuals using software like SketchUp, V-Ray, or Blender.
• Collaborate with graphic designers to integrate branding into the 3D environments.
• Prepare detailed design documentation, including technical drawings and specifications for fabrication.
• Participate in brainstorming and concept development sessions.
• Ensure design feasibility by coordinating with production teams and vendors on materials and build techniques.
• Assist in creating mood boards, material palettes, and presentation decks.
• Revise designs according to feedback from clients and stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and design innovations.
• Work within project timelines and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
• The work may require long hours and meeting tight deadlines.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in 3D Design, Industrial Design, Interior Design, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in 3D design, preferably in events, exhibitions, or retail spaces.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software such as SketchUp, V-Ray, or Blender.
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Excellent spatial awareness and ability to visualize in three dimensions.
• Understanding of materials, fabrication methods, and installation processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
