Job summary

Hachem Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a skilled 3D Visual Artist to develop high-quality renderings for hotel, hospitality and interior design projects. You will translate concepts into accurate 3D environments and collaborate closely with interior designers to realise design intent.

The role requires strong proficiency in 3D Studio Max, SketchUp, and asset creation, with experience in photorealistic rendering and a collaborative studio environment in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Graphic/Visual Art or similar.
• Graduate or up to 5 years industry experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality 3D models, renderings and visualisations for hotel, hospitality and interior design projects.
• Translate design concepts, sketches, drawings and mood boards into accurate 3D environments.
• Produce photorealistic interior renderings for presentations, client meetings and design development.
• Develop 3D models for hotel guestrooms, suites, restaurants, bars and lobbies.
• Collaborate with Interior Designers and Project Designers to understand design intent, materials and lighting requirements.
• Prepare and update 3D models based on design revisions and client feedback.
• Source and create 3D assets, materials and textures for project requirements.
• Ensure visualisations reflect latest design information and project requirements.
• Coordinate with wider project team to maintain consistency across visuals and drawings.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality 3D models, renderings and visualizations for hotel, hospitality and interior design projects.
• Translate design concepts, sketches, drawings and mood boards into accurate 3D environments.
• Produce photorealistic interior renderings for presentations, client meetings and design development.
• Develop 3D models for various interior spaces, including hotel guestrooms, suites, restaurants, bars, lobbies, corridors, function spaces and other public areas.
• Work closely with Interior Designers and Project Designers to understand design intent, materials, finishes, furniture and lighting requirements.
• Prepare and update 3D models based on design revisions and client feedback.
• Assist with the development of material, texture, furniture, lighting and styling details to achieve the desired design aesthetic.
• Source and create appropriate 3D assets, materials and textures for project requirements.
• Ensure 3D models and visualizations accurately reflect the latest design information and project requirements.
• Collaborate with the design team to develop presentation materials, perspectives and design visuals.
• Coordinate with the wider project team to ensure consistency between 3D visualisations, drawings and design documentation.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of visual quality and accuracy.
• Keep up to date with current trends, materials, furniture, lighting and visualization techniques within the hospitality and interior design industry.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Graphic/Visual Art or similar
• Will suit a Graduate or someone with 5 years industry experience
• Experience in 3D modelling and rendering
• Excellent knowledge of 3D Studio Max
• Sketch Up knowledge would be favorable.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Experience is other programs also beneficial: 3DS Max (Vray), (Corona) Bentley Microstation, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Unreal Engine and Premiere.
