We are seeking a highly creative 3D Experiential Designer with a profound understanding of spatial planning and a deep passion for the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) industry.

This pivotal role will involve conceptualizing, designing, and visualizing dynamic 3D environments that deliver unforgettable brand experiences. Roles and Responsibilities

• 3D Design & Spatial Planning:
  • Lead the conceptualization and development of innovative 3D designs for a diverse range of projects, including exhibition booths, event stages, brand activations, pop-up experiences, etc.
  • Develop detailed spatial plans, floor layouts, and circulation flows that optimize user experience, functionality, and safety within designed environments.
  • Create compelling 3D models, renderings, and walk-throughs to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and internal teams.
  • Select appropriate materials, finishes, and lighting elements to enhance the aesthetic and functional aspects of the designs.
  • Prepare design intent drawing or technical drawings (as required) and specifications for fabrication and construction.
• Experiential & MICE Industry Focus:
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of experiential design principles, focusing on how physical spaces can evoke emotions, tell stories, and facilitate meaningful interactions.
  • Apply comprehensive knowledge of the MICE industry, including typical event structures, attendee journeys, logistical considerations, and the unique demands of conferences, trade shows, and corporate events.
  • Integrate technology, interactive elements, and multimedia into designs to enhance the overall experiential impact.
  • Research and propose innovative solutions that align with client objectives and industry trends in events and exhibitions.
• Project Management:
  • Collaborate closely with clients, project managers, graphic designers, content creators, and fabricators from concept to completion.
  • Conduct site visits and collaborate with technical teams to ensure design feasibility and successful installation.
• General Design & Collaboration:
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative design concepts.
  • Translate creative briefs into effective and aesthetically pleasing designs that meet project objectives.
  • Present design concepts to clients and internal teams, effectively articulating design rationale.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs.
  • Stay current with industry trends, software advancements, and best practices.

Requirements

• Min 2-5 years industry experience (MICE industry a plus)
• Diploma/ degree in Interior Architecture/ Exhibition Design/ Theatre Design
• Proficiency in industry-standard 3D software such as SketchUp, Rhino, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, or Blender.
• Strong command of rendering engines like V-Ray, Keyshot, or Enscape for photorealistic visualizations
