Job summary

QI DIAN ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Construction - 3D BIM Modeller to develop and coordinate BIM models for Plumbing & Sanitary, Electrical, and ACMV systems.

The role focuses on accurate model production, clash coordination, and compliance with BIM standards across all project phases. Responsibilities include creating P&S, Electrical, and ACMV models, updating Revit with design changes, performing clash checks, and delivering shop drawings and as-built docs, while supporting

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in MEP related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in MEP BIM modelling.
• Experience on large-scale construction projects from tender to completion.
• Familiarity with Navisworks, BIM 360, and coordination platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed BIM models for Plumbing & Sanitary, Electrical and ACMV.
• Update Revit models reflecting design changes and RFIs.
• Perform clash detection across disciplines and coordinate resolution.
• Produce 2D/3D shop drawings and as-built documentation.
• Set up BIM project templates and data management.
• Coordinate with MEP engineers and site teams.
