Job summary

Job description

• Develop, maintain, and update 3D BIM models for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) and Structural disciplines using BIM software
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate coordination and integration of all building systems and structural elements.
• Produce detailed drawings, schedules, and reports as required for MEP and Structural design packages.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards, building codes, and project specifications.
• Assist with the preparation of 3D model presentations and visualizations for client reviews and project meetings.
• Support the development and maintenance of project-specific BIM execution plans.
• Participate in regular project meetings to discuss model progress, design changes, and potential challenges.
• Provide technical support and guidance to the project team regarding BIM-related queries.
• Strong proficiency in BIM software, such as Revit, ArchiCAD, or Navisworks.
• Understanding of construction processes and building codes.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
• Ability to manage and track project documentation and deadlines.
• A diploma or degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field.
