Job summary

UNITED PERSONNEL SERVICES is seeking a creative and technical 3D Architectural Lighting Designer in Singapore to bridge architectural concepts with realistic lighting execution. You will build 3D models, run lighting simulations, and produce photorealistic visualizations for interior and exterior projects.

Collaborating with architects, interior designers, and engineers, you'll develop lighting schemes, prepare luminaire schedules and plots, and select fixtures and control systems that match

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Lighting Design or Computer Science.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in architectural lighting design or 3D visualization.
• Proficiency with AGI32, RELUX, or equivalent lighting tools.
• Experience with 3dsMax, SketchUp, V-Ray, Corona, or Rhino.
• Experience with BIM/drafting: Revit or AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of light behavior, color temperature, and energy efficiency standards.
• Singaporean only apply.

Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual and technical lighting schemes using industry software.
• Create detailed 3D models, render scenes, and simulate natural and artificial light interactions.
• Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, and electrical engineers to integrate lighting fixtures into building plans.
• Produce luminaire schedules, lighting plots, and visual presentation decks for client reviews.
• Select appropriate luminaires and control systems that match the design intent and project budget.
