Job Scope:

1. Events and bookings of facilities, liaising with teams such as facilities, finance, and security.
2. Facilities rental management.
3. Creation of marketing collaterals.
4. Website updates and changes.
5. Monitor social media on all channels.
6. Ability to deal with ad-hoc requests in a timely manner.
7. Organising and filing documents and computer-based information.
8. Creating bi-weekly newsletters.
9. Assist in conducting market research.
10. Monitor competitor activity.
11. Involvement in events and activities as required.
12. To perform any other duties as assigned by the management, stakeholders, and reporting manager/link.
