Description

• Ensure product merchandising is in place and aligned with company's branding and standards.
• Assess product performance and competition by conducting regular market analysis.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Coordinate product launches and promotional activities, ensuring timely execution.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer preferences and trends.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure product availability to meet consumer demands.
• Prepare reports on product performance, sales trends, and merchandising effectiveness.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for all categories.
• Establish collaborative retailer/supplier relationships.
• Develop, implement and manage an optimum product mix that focuses on customers’ needs and brand imaging.
• Develop and implement promotional plans and competitive pricing strategy.
• Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports.
• Monitor and report sales activities and follow up for management.
• Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development.
• Any other duties assigned.
