3 Months Temp Patient Service Associate *IMMEDIATE* – WEST

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct prevailing screening process for visitors (temperature checks, SafeEntry check-in, etc.);
2. Direct the visitor to a vacant sample collection station;
3. Assist to record the visitor’s test result once known (e.g. in visitor log/ records etc.);
4. Supervise visitors as they self-administer the Antigen Rapid Test (ART);
5. Be comfortable to perform the ART for visitors who have difficulties with self-administering the ART or conduct nasopharyngeal swab procedure to collect specimens for testing if necessary;
6. Assist with preparation of specimen collection;
7. Infection control of swab operations.

Job Requirements:

1. Able to commit for at least 1 month;
2. Possess good interpersonal and communication skills;
3. Able to start immediately.
