  • Contribute to HR Payment Team in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of HR related payment / reimbursement / manpower billing / honorarium processing for all the institutions and departments
  • Ensure that the assigned service level agreement (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met.
  • Execute the HR processing and ensure the services are delivered in line with company policies and relevant Legislation requirement.
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with stakeholders (e.g. internal Group Shared Services cross teams, department admin and various institutions business partners).
  • Propose appropriate improvements for work processes to raise the overall employee experience and efficiency.
