- Contribute to HR Payment Team in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of HR related payment / reimbursement / manpower billing / honorarium processing for all the institutions and departments.
- Ensure that the assigned service level agreement (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met.
- Execute the HR processing and ensure the services are delivered in line with policies and relevant Legislation requirement.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with stakeholders (e.g. internal Group Shared Services cross teams, department admin and various institutions business partners).
- Propose appropriate improvements for work processes to raise the overall employee experience and efficiency.
- Perform any other assigned duties/projects.
Job requirements:
- Preferably 1 year of HR experience
- Past working experience / knowledge in finance / payroll administration in healthcare will be an added advantage.
- Competent in MS Office (Excel & Word).
- Meticulous, independent, initiative with problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Team player who is able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- IT Savvy and comfortable with the use of Microsoft Excel to handle large amount of data.
- Organised, meticulous and team player.
