A recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for a Temp Event Assistant to promote a healthcare programme. Responsibilities include engaging with the public, answering questions, and managing event logistics. No prior experience is required as training will be provided. Working Hours:9.30am to 4.30pm (1hr unpaid break)
Job Description:
• Engage with potential enrolees, explaining the programme and its benefits for chronic disease monitoring
•Answer basic questions about the enrolment process and programme details
•Distribute marketing collaterals to interested individuals
• Maintain a tidy and welcoming event booth area
• Report daily engagement metrics (e.g., number of interactions)
•Collect feedback from public about the event
•Assist in setting up event booth
•Any other duties assigned
Requirements:
• Min N /O/ A/ Levels / Diploma in any field
• No experience required as training provided
• Keen for public health initiatives
• Comfortable with the use of technology
• Comfortable to stand for extended periods
