Mon- Fri Office Hours
Job Scope:
• Consolidate and summarise healthcare documents and other supporting documents provided to facilitate the assessment of applications and appeals for healthcare-related schemes.
• Assist with conducting outreach to Public Healthcare Institutions to request for and/or follow-up with requests for healthcare documents and/or other supporting documents.
• Support the tracking of applications and/or appeals for healthcare schemes, which includes ensuring proper documentation of cases, and the assignment and routing of cases to appeals officers to follow-up.
• Any other administrative duties as required, which include but are not limited to data entry and collation of statistics.
• Any other adhoc duties as required by supervisor
Requirements:
• Min A levels / Diploma in Any Field
• No experience required as training provided
