Job description

Job Responsibilities
  1. Providing secretarial support to the Vice President.
  2. Managing and submitting expenses and claims.
  3. Event management, including coordinating company events and team-building activities.
  4. Generating and executing monthly employee welfare activities.
  5. Coordinating events for all affiliated and subsidiary companies.
  6. Supporting training logistics, including food catering and sourcing external training rooms when required.
  7. Processing invoices for office-related expenses.
  8. Collaborating with HR and IT to set up offices and workstations for new hires.
  9. Managing office facilities, maintenance, repairs, renovations, refurbishments, workstations, and seating arrangements.
  10. Liaising with vendors and building management.
  11. Sourcing local and overseas corporate hotels.
  12. Conducting site visits to vendors.
  13. Supporting general administrative functions.
  14. Posting intranet announcements.
Requirements
  • Diploma in any discipline (minimum).
  • Prior relevant experience is required.
