3 Months Contract to Perm Patient Service Assistant cum Admin (No need experience, training provided) Up 2.5K, Office Hours,5 Days @ Novena #HJC

Job Responsibilities:
• Manage and process patient referrals
• Handle patient admissions
• Handle and provide support for means testing/social support
• Provide financial counselling to patients or their Next of Kin
• Handle discharge and billing processes
• Submit claims for Medisave / Medishield
• Attend to enquiries on billings, deposits and means testing
• Attend to the auditors on the audit of means testing and financial counselling
• Any other work assigned by the supervisor
