Providing clear and concise information about medications, including their purpose, dosage, administration, and potential side effects.

Working closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.

Staying up-to-date on relevant drug regulations and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and guidelines.

Implementing and maintaining medication safety practices, including proper documentation, storage, and handling of medications.

Requirements

Fully Registered on Singapore Pharmacy Council

Prior 2 years experience of dispensing in Acute setting.
