Job Description:
Act as the first point of contact for customers.
Support client calls using the designated sites.
Provide satisfactory explanations to customers and take remedial action where necessary.
Alert superiors of recurring service failures to implement corrective actions and avoid future problems.
Perform ad-hoc duties related to contact centre projects.
Job Requirements:
Minimum GCE O Levels and above.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to multitask while typing and speaking over the phone.
Working hours: 9am to 1pm / 10am to 2pm / 11am to 3pm (M-F).
Working location: Greenwich (Pickup at Kovan, Serangoon, Woodlands).
