Job Scope:

Warehouse Supervisor

• Supervised and coordinated daily store operations, including picklist and BOM packing, and ensured compliance with FIFO practices for chemicals

• Managed inventory organization and accuracy, conducted cycle counts, and resolved discrepancies

• Maintained a clean, safe, and well-organized store environment in line with safety regulations

• Led and trained store staff, providing guidance on procedures and overseeing goods receiving, inspection, and sorting

• Handled pick and pack processes, equipment maintenance, and other ad-hoc warehouse duties as needed

Warehouse Assistant

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against delivery documents

• Organize and store items systematically, ensuring accurate inventory records

• Pick, pack, and label goods for delivery based on order requirements

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse environment

• Assist in loading, unloading, stock movement, and other assigned tasks

Job Requirements:

Warehouse Supervisor - Required at least 2 years experience, familiar with WMS system will be advantageous

Warehouse Assistant - Possess a forklift license, possess a class 3 driving license will be advantageous
