Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in a comprehensive training program to gain expertise in all facets of store management

• Support daily store operations, including inventory control, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising setups

• Develop leadership skills by learning how to guide, motivate, and coach a diverse team of sales associates

• Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement strategies that elevate the customer experience and encourage repeat business

• Contribute to sales growth initiatives by assisting with promotional campaigns, in-store events, and real-time performance monitoring

Job Requirements:
