How do you like working in a small and close-knitted team with little hierarchy? While boutique in size, it is part of an already established business, offering great stability and work exposure for early-career researchers.

Your work has the objective of providing industry insights to inform policy decisions and initiatives.

Role 1 - Quantitative Research

• Conduct secondary research on research topics and industry
• Develop questionnaires and script online surveys for data collection
• Clean and analyze research data, produce digestible and compelling research reports
• Develop thought leadership content based on topics and findings of research
• Manage and maintain research database

Role 2 - Qualitative Research

• Assist to prepare screeners for participant recruitment
• Develop discussion guide for qualitative fieldwork
• Facilitate and co-moderate/moderate focus group discussions/in-depth interviews
• Interpret qualitative data and prepare reports, develop content for thought leadership pieces
• Provide support in quantitative research tasks when needed

What do you need?

• 1-3 years of relevant research experience, including experience in qualitative fieldwork
• Good communication skills in English Language
• Singapore citizenship
