Job summary

A leading bank in Singapore is hiring two Client Service Executives at its premium wealth banking centre in Siglap. You’ll be the first point of contact for wealth clients, welcoming them and guiding them through digital banking to build confidence and loyalty.

The role offers a clear pathway to renewal or conversion, with a 12-month contract duration and opportunities to support multiple centres as needed. Strong service mindset and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in banking, retail, hospitality or similar front-line role preferred.
• Fresh graduates with a strong service mindset welcome to apply.
• Professional presentation with a warm and confident personality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using digital tools and mobile apps, and able to guide clients through them.
• Detail-oriented and accurate with transactions.
• Able to work on Saturdays (half day).

Responsibilities

• Welcome and receive clients as the first point of contact, creating a warm and professional first impression.
• Provide one-stop banking services, including account opening and servicing, application processing, card-related requests and digital banking support.
• Help clients become comfortable with digital banking channels.
• Deliver excellent service by managing wait times, resolving issues promptly and keeping error rates low.
• Work with team and partner teams to resolve client issues quickly.
• Build strong client relationships and provide a smooth, personalised experience.
• Provide relief support at other wealth banking centres when required.

Contract Duration: 12 months (renewable/convertible, subject to performance and headcount)
Salary Range: $2,800 to $3,400 per month
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 4.30pm
Saturday: 8.30am to 1.00pm

You'll welcome them, take care of their banking needs, and help them become confident with digital banking. Key Responsibilities

2. Provide one-stop banking services, both cash and non-cash, including account opening and servicing, application processing, card-related requests and digital banking support.
3. Help clients get comfortable with digital banking channels.
4. Deliver excellent service by managing wait times, resolving issues promptly, handling feedback and keeping error rates low.
5. Work with team members and partner teams to resolve client issues quickly.
6. Build strong client relationships and give every client a smooth, personalised experience.
7. Provide relief support at other wealth banking centres (Marina Bay and Orchard) when required.
