As an intern at GF, you will experience one-on-one mentorship, work assignments that prioritize your growth and potential, professional development opportunities, and the chance to network with executives.**Project Title:**Wafer to wafer Bonding Process Control**Project Objective:**Analysis & Control of various bonding parameters governing the bonding process**Project Description:**- Study upcoming ramping technology nodes- Perform step‐by‐step impact analysis on wafer bonding processes- Recommend necessary adjustments or tighter process controls to achieve improved output and yield**Project Outcome:**The intern will gain exposure to industry practices and understand the critical process steps involved in the new technology node. Based on this learning, the intern will provide recommendations for improvements to specific process steps.
