Assist in daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.
Maintain employee records in HR database
Assist with preparing HR reports and analysis
Ensuring that all on-boarding and off-boarding documents are collated and properly maintained in the personnel files
Ensuring that all HR policies, practices and initiatives are in compliance and aligned with the business requirements.
Preparing payroll-related documents and employee claims
Assist in managing leave records and benefits administration
Process invoices related to HR services, vendors and employee benefits
Ensure timely processing of payments and maintain accurate invoicing records
Work closely with internal teams / stakeholders to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
Handle any ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior
