Job Description:

Responsible to ensure day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and checking all accounting-related entries submitted by stakeholders are accurate in the system:

1. AR Retail Sales, Collection & Reconciliation
2. AR Non-Retail / Non-Trade, Collection & Reconciliation
3. Bank Statement Reconciliation & Reporting
4. Back-End Collection Creation & Refund Processing
5. Bank Related Support & Liaison
6. General Insurance Coverage
7. Payment Terminals Arrangement & Follow-up
8. Liaise with Company Secretary
9. Liaise with Singapore Department of Statistics
10. Ad Hoc Tasks/Projects assigned

Requirements:

1. 1-3 years’ experience in related AR / AP / GL Accounting functions
2. Meticulous and analytical
3. Business acumen & Finance savvy
4. Detail oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
5. Intermediate or advanced level competency in MS Excel
