Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. at Paragon seeks an experienced retail leader to oversee daily store operations, staff performance, inventory control and visual merchandising.

You will coach the retail team and support recruitment when required. You will build strong relationships with VIP customers, manage escalated complaints and events, and report sales performance to Headquarters. A background in apparel retail with store management is required, and a 6‑day work week including weekends is

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of apparel retail experience, including at least 3 years in store management.
• Experience in children’s apparel or maternity retail is preferred.
• Able to work a 6-day including weekends and public holidays.
