Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd is seeking a copywriter to develop creative concepts, campaigns, and compelling copy across digital, social, experiential, and integrated marketing.

You will translate client briefs into clear, engaging ideas and adapt copy for a wide range of formats, including social media, digital ads, scripts, and brand activations. Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in copywriting, advertising, content creation, or a related creative role.
• Strong understanding of advertising, branding, social media, and digital communications.

Responsibilities

• Develop concepts and copy across digital, social, experiential, and integrated campaigns.
• Translate client briefs and objectives into clear creative ideas and communication strategies.
• Write and adapt copy for social media, digital ads, campaign platforms, scripts, brand activations, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Conduct research and use AI tools to support ideation, audience understanding, trend research, content development, and first drafts.
• Work closely with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Strategists, Producers, and Project Managers to develop ideas from concept through execution.
• Contribute to regional campaigns and projects across APAC, ensuring creative work is relevant to different markets and audiences.
• Develop creative content for brand campaigns, media launches, experiential activations, and celebrity-led projects.
• Refine and adapt creative work based on client feedback while maintaining the core creative idea and brand voice.
• Stay up to date with cultural trends, social conversations, advertising formats, and emerging technologies.
• Present and articulate creative ideas clearly to internal teams and clients when required.
• Ensure all copy is accurate, on-brand, audience-appropriate, and aligned with campaign objectives.
• Take ownership of assigned projects while collaborating effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven creative environment.

• Able to interpret client briefs, identify communication challenges, and translate them into clear creative solutions.
