A vendor management firm in Singapore is seeking a Coordinator to manage transport requests for children in out-of-home placement. The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and be able to work independently while liaising with various stakeholders. The role offers a monthly salary of $2,580 to $3,160 and requires a smart casual/formal work attire.

Responsibilities
As a Coordinator within the Vendor Management Team, you will assist in the planning and management of transport requests required by children in out-of-home placement. Your responsibilities include:
Managing all transport requests, including setting up of various communication channels and other related administrative works
Liaise with various stakeholders to put in place the transport support needed by the children and to ensure that all services are carried out as planned
Attends to enquiries and provide necessary support on the ground if needed, including on standby to fetch children aged one to 18 including those with special needs, behavioural issues, etc, for the purpose of the child’s schooling, medical/psychological assessments, and appointments and access with parents
Update information and maintain database of transport requests
Provide support to generate statistics for management reporting and the review of the transport support policy
Working on tech solutions to make processes more efficient and effective
Verification of claims
Assist with other admin work and ad-hoc duties across the Vendor Management unit which may be assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
Meticulous, good organisation skills and attentive to details
Proficient with the use of technology such as Outlook, Microsoft Excel and any other online or mobile tools required and able to manage large volume of data
Able to work independently and in collaboration with the team and its stakeholders
Good command of written and spoken English
Strong interpersonal skills and willing to interact with clients, volunteers and vendors as part of managing the transport requests
Working Schedule
1. Mon – Thurs: 8:30am-6:00pm
2. Fri:8:30am-5:30pm
