The ideal candidate for the Verification Platform team is a self-starter and self-motivated individual with strong passion and experience in software development lifecycles for FinTech industry. The candidate should have the technical expertise to lead software and architecture discussions and guide cross-functional product and engineering teams through functional definition, solution, and integration stages on large scale. The candidate should possess deep understanding of financial services and associated platforms and technology. This position is highly visible in the organization and involves frequent interaction with the senior executives as well as all other levels and external stakeholders, locally and globally.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and lead the development of scalable, high-availability systems that support user verification, identity authentication, and fraud prevention at scale.
  • Design and optimize APIs and core services that enable Know Your Customer (KYC), identity proofing, and risk signals across the company.
  • Identify and mitigate system bottlenecks, and lead performance and reliability improvements across critical user flows.
  • Mentor and grow the next generation, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, risk, data science, and infrastructure teams to deliver secure and compliant solutions.
  • Lead complex incident response and root cause analysis, ensuring continuous improvement of system resilience and fraud detection capabilities.

  • Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments, with the ability to bring structure and clarity to evolving requirements.
