The role includes processing invoices, managing vendor requests, and coordinating wellness programs for employees. Job scope:
Recruitment:
Support administration for employee onboarding/offboarding process to ensure smooth integration for new hires/leavers.
Collate and ensure timely personnel recruitment updates into HR Sharepoint.
Finance:
Process and verify monthly and ad-hoc invoices to Finance team, ensuring timely payments.
Utilize ARIBA system to raise and track PO/PRs.
Raise request for creation of new vendors for payment purposes.
Verify employee claims for monthly approval on UNIT4 System.
Employee Benefits & Wellness:
Monthly purchase of birthday gift vouchers for employees.
Monitor employees’ confirmation and service milestones monthly – Prepare Long Service Award (LSA) and Confirmation letters for relevant managers’ signatures.
Oversee employee wellness program – Coordinate and oversee Wellness Competition and HR events.
Liaise with SNEF on workplace wellness programs for employees (e.g., Yoga/mental wellness talks/health coaching program).
