A leading pet grooming center in Singapore seeks a dedicated support staff member to assist with client engagement, scheduling, and daily operations. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in pet shops or veterinary clinics and a passion for animal care.

Qualifications

• Prior pet shop or vet clinic experience required.
• Ability to handle a large number of dogs.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and welcoming guests, answering calls.
• Schedule grooming appointments and ensure cleanliness.
• Assist in day-to-day operations of grooming and daycare.

Job description

• Working hours: 9am - 7pm
• Working days: Wednesday to Sunday (2 days OFF ; PH OFF)
• Locations: River Valley
• Salary: $2800 - $3300 + AWS + Bonus

Requirements

• Must have prior pet shop or vet clinic experience to handle and work with large amount of dogs

Responsibilities:

• Greeting and welcoming guests, answering all calls and directing as needed and Talking with customers to select a grooming package
• Ensure all grooming appointments are properly scheduled
• Ensure workplace safety, hygiene level and cleanliness of the entire grooming centre
• Resolving customer problems as needed
• Assist Groomer Team on the day-to-day business operations
• Assist Daycare Team on the day-to-day business operations
• Assist in selling retail products & packages
• Handle and take care of dogs and cats
• Any other duties / tasks / projects as assigned
