Job summary

Roche is seeking an Operations and Maintenance professional to support B1 and B10 utilities systems. The role involves monitoring, calibration, and preventive maintenance across manufacturing facilities, with a focus on safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates have GMP/GDP experience in biologics, strong SAP and MS Office skills, and the ability to work across shifts, including ad-hoc hours as required. EVA training and MOM-accredited qualifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ITE/NITEC in Mechanical, Marine or Chemical Process Engineering preferred.
• GMP and GDP experience in biologics environment preferred.
• SAP proficiency and MS Office literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Comply with SHE requirements and report hazards.
• Observe site security measures and report suspicious activity.
• Operate and monitor utilities systems on a 24/7 basis.
• Perform routine and ad-hoc calibration, repair and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot on shift and provide emergency response for utilities.
• Maintain GMP area facilities through 5S housekeeping and upkeep.
