Fugro Satellite Positioning, Inc. in Singapore has an immediate opening for a Network Controller to monitor the Data Network and support NCC operations. The role involves data collection, distribution, uplinking, and proactive issue resolution in a rotating shift pattern.

You will document alarms, assist in reporting, and coordinate outages with providers. The position requires IT coursework and a diploma, with a degree in networking systems or CS preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in information technology or related field.
• College coursework in information technology is required.
• A degree in computer networking systems or computer science is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor NCC operation and remote site data collection.
• Respond to data alarm conditions in a 24/7 environment.
• Document alarm conditions and actions for reporting.
• Assist with data archiving, plotting, and system performance reporting.
• Coordinate planned outages with service providers and clients.
• Provide customer support beyond normal working hours as needed.
