A leading company is seeking a Quality Service Officer to join their team for a contract position. The role involves handling client queries, providing administrative support, and ensuring a high level of service. Ideal candidates will have a minimum diploma, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong communication skills. This position offers an opportunity to support community service initiatives.
Salary: $2,390 - $3,600 (Depending on qualifications & past working experience)
Location: Lengkok Bahru (Nearest MRT: Redhill)
Duration: Contract 3 months + 9 months, total 1 year
Work Schedule:
Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 5:30pm
Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
As a Quality Service Officer, you will support the Quality Service Unit through:
Handling client queries via phone and email
Attending to walk-in clients at the counter
Providing administrative support to the team
Performing other duties as assigned by the Quality Service Manager
Minimum Diploma in any discipline. Candidates without a diploma but with relevant experience will be considered.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); able to work with multiple IT systems
Good written and verbal communication skills
Organized with strong time management skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Passionate about community service
