About the Program

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) offers services including tenant and occupier advice, tenant and occupier representation, project management, lease administration, facilities, and data center management across various sectors—supported by CBRE’s global resources.

*Program Details*

The CBRE GWS Future Leader Program is open to all 2024/2025 graduating students and aims to develop future leaders in real estate. The 24-month structured program includes exposure to daily operations and standalone projects, skill development, networking, and leadership growth.

Participants will undergo orientation, work with advanced technology, rotate through diverse teams, and receive coaching and feedback from senior staff and peers, providing valuable professional networks and experience.

Business Teams Rotation
  • Facilities Management (FM): Creates optimal office environments, providing services to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Project Management (PJM): Offers tailored solutions for real estate projects, including staffing, supply chain, and asset management.
Candidate Profile

We seek emerging leaders with leadership qualities, strategic thinking, enthusiasm, and excellent communication skills. Candidates should demonstrate agility, professionalism, and a desire to grow in the real estate industry.
