We’re seeking future team members for our Growth Ventures Team with roles located in Singapore (SG) in hybrid positions.

BNY Analyst Program

Our 24-month analyst program is a holistic talent development journey offering rotational experiences designed to prepare you for your future career. Through projects across the specific line of business, you will receive a panoramic view of BNY’s entire global franchise, providing rare insight into the operation of one of the world's largest banks. In each of these roles, you will work on high-priority initiatives and develop a comprehensive set of analytical and interpersonal skills. As part of a highly selective program, you will gain unparalleled exposure to the senior leadership of BNY and its clients, while receiving personalized guidance and support from a peer mentor. Upon successful completion of the program, you will be considered for high-impact roles in multiple functions.

Growth Ventures

Growth Ventures Analyst will have the opportunity to be part of an exciting business unit, which includes a market-leading scaled software and data management business as well as a number of new products and services. These positions offer an exceptional opportunity to be part of a dynamic, entrepreneurial group of people. Growth Ventures Analyst will gain valuable, real-world experience working in a business with end-to-end ownership of sales, client management, product development, and delivery. Our Analyst will work with the following products and services:

Data Management
Our Eagle Data Management product, which is focused on reference, middle, and back-office data domains hosted or deployed on premises and our multi-tenant Data Vault, a cloud-native data and analytics platform supporting exploration, data management, and a marketplace of data connectors across the entire investment lifecycle.

Analytics
Our market-leading analytics capabilities, which enable institutional investors to evaluate the effectiveness of their investment program including analyzing investment decisions and managing and mitigating risk.

Services
Software implementation services and custom data solutions with capabilities in software managed services and data operations.

Program Eligibility

Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program with a strong focus on business-related and/or technology-related majors preferred. Individuals who will be graduating in December 2024 through June 2025. Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better.

Well-rounded Experience Including Demonstrated Leadership Skills

Excellent written and oral communication skills. Not require sponsorship for employment visa status (now or in the future) in the region where they apply.
