Program Overview

Our 24-month analyst program offers rotational experiences designed to prepare you for your career. You will work on high-priority projects across BNY’s global franchise, gaining insights into the bank’s operations, developing analytical and interpersonal skills, and engaging with senior leadership and clients. Upon successful completion, you may be considered for impactful roles across various functions.

Global Client Management

This program challenges participants and offers a comprehensive view of BNY and the financial industry. Participants will engage with major clients and contribute to key initiatives, gaining experience in segments such as:

• Alternative Investment Management
• Banks, Broker-Dealers, and Advisors
• Corporates & Public Finance
• Enterprise Growth and COO Desk
• Insurance
• Investment Management
• Technology Banking

Eligibility Criteria

• Enrolled in a 4-year undergraduate program, preferably in business or technology fields
• Expected graduation between December 2024 and June 2025
• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• Demonstrated leadership and well-rounded experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Eligible to work without sponsorship in the region
