Will work on some weekends and be given off in lieu.

Job Scope:

You would be actively involved in the annual large-scale scientific & medical congress.

Your portfolio includes supporting the team in these areas: Opening Ceremony, Registration, Speaker Management, Room Management, VIP Management, Logistics, Appreciation Dinner and other key activities. You will also be involved in several upcoming department events.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma / Bachelor in any field
• Comfortable to connect with the crowd and client
• Knowledge of design &/or image editing software would be a plus
