A leading recruitment firm is looking for a Sourcer and a Recruiting Program Specialist to join their team in Singapore. The Sourcer will engage in the recruitment life cycle, while the Recruiting Program Specialist will support processes and ensure data accuracy. Ideal candidates will have a relevant degree and prior experience in HR, demonstrating strong communication and organizational skills.

Sourcer:
Responsibilities:
Participate actively in the recruitment life cycle for the related markets, which includes sourcing, screening and engaging top talents to successfully fulfill the business team's recruiting needs;
Lead strategic talent-mapping, market research projects and deliver insights to business leaders to support business growth.
Develop effective hiring processes and ensure high-touch candidate experience to continuously deliver high-quality candidates and meet hiring goals.
Achieve a holistic business understanding through collaborating with cross-functional and regional teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree or above in Human Resources or related field;
3+ years HR experience; experience working in a fast paced environment would be a plus.
Self-motivated, proactive, and dedicated goal achiever;
Experience in closing candidates and negotiating complex compensation packages.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong business acumen and understanding of how recruitment and workforce planning impact the overall organization in a consulting environment.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with employees and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
Highly organized and self-sufficient.

Recruiting Program Specialist:
Responsibilities
Provide operational support throughout the recruiting process, including but not limited to fair consideration framework checks, job posting reviews and other pre-onboarding operations.
Monitor and ensure data integrity across various trackers and systems; investigate discrepancies and escalate findings to leadership and relevant teams.
Analyze key recruiting metrics to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement; create and deliver reports as needed.
Support process improvement initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams across the region.
Present findings on operational issues and provide training or guidance to recruiting teams to support continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and data management tools (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets, Lark Sheets), with demonstrated ability to maintain data accuracy.
Proven ability to support HR/ recruiting processes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive or time-critical matters using sound judgment and discretion.
High attention to detail and the ability to work independently in fast-paced or ambiguous environments.
Preferred Qualifications
2 years of experience in recruiting or recruiting operations/projects, with a focus on process improvement.
Experience leading or contributing to at least 2 cross-functional recruiting or HR process improvement initiatives.
Familiarity with regional employment laws and compliance requirements related to hiring.
Prior experience developing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) or process documentation used across teams.
Exposure to global or regional recruiting environments, with a demonstrated ability to navigate cultural nuances.
