A leading company is seeking an HR Admin & Recruitment Assistant to manage recruitment and provide HR support at Changi Airport. The role involves end-to-end recruitment, training logistics, and administrative tasks, requiring a diploma and strong communication skills. This 1-year contract offers an engaging environment for those with a proactive attitude and attention to detail.
Location: Changi Airport
Salary: $2,800 - $3,500
Working Schedule: 5 days (Mon - Fri) | Office hours
Contract Duraion: 1 year
Talent Acquisition & HR Coordination
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities: post job ads, screen resumes, schedule interviews, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate assessments.
Liaise with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment experience.
Training & HR Administrative Support
Assist with training logistics: scheduling sessions, managing attendee lists, and sending communications/EDMs.
Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations for foreign employees.
Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
Support ad-hoc administrative tasks and HR projects as assigned.
Minimum Diploma in any discipline
Strong communication and organizational skills
Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
Familiarity with HR processes and systems is an advantage
A proactive and team-oriented attitude
