A leading company in event management is seeking 15 Temporary Event Assistants for the convocation event from July 22 to August 1. Duties include directing and presenting graduates during the ceremony. Flexible working days and hours from Monday to Saturday are required, with opportunities for friends to work together.
Description
- Directing graduates to their seats
- Lining graduates up to be presented on stage
- Controlling flow to graduates when leaving the theatre
- Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Work days: Mondays to Saturdays
- Work hours:
Monday to Thursday: 8 am to 8 pm (with lunch/dinner break)
Friday & Saturday: 8 am to 5 pm
