We are looking to hire Setting in Program Assistants!

Job Description:

• Engage migrant workers with the content prepared by MWC.
• Escalate complicated queries to on-site MWC staff or the hotline provided.
• Propose changes to improve operations or engagement with workers, if any.
• Assist in preparing daily and/or monthly reports, if required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to explain the value proposition to migrant workers.
• Apply critical thinking and creative solutions when encountering issues in member sign-up processes.
