Essential Experiences, Skills, and Attributes
Degree in HRM or related fields with good knowledge of employment laws and HR practices. Minimum of 3-5 years of recent experience in Compensation & Benefits and Total Rewards. Ability to develop a strong industry understanding, conduct benchmarking, and implement best practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI/Tableau, Workday, and/or SuccessFactors is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders. Flexible, multitasker, and an excellent team player capable of working under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Possesses a growth mindset, prioritizing adaptability, resilience, innovation, and ongoing learning to support business needs.
