Responsibilities

In this role, you will be reporting to the Team Lead of Data Strategy & Governance, Strategy Group and be part of the team to work on the following areas.

• Work with internal and external stakeholders, such as public service counterparts and industry partners, to implement SportSG’s data strategy and projects

• Support data analytics projects for sense-making and to sharpen planning and design within SportSG.

• Support Sport Data Exchange Singapore (SportDexSG) content development such as extraction of datasets and reports, conduct UATs and generate reports to track performance.

• Support data management and data governance processes.

• Manage content development and updates for SportSG's internal Data Portal, ensuring relevance and accessibility of information.

• Provide administrative support for the maintenance of licenses and user logs for data-related applications platforms

Requirements

We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active and a champion for organizational transformation through data.

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

• Fresh Diploma/ Degree Graduates in Data Analytics, Big Data, Business Administration or equivalent, are welcome to apply.

• Willing to gain experiential learning by working with a diverse range of stakeholders and functions where the opportunities avail.

• Proactive, results-oriented and attentive to details.

• Proficient in visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau and Power BI) or statistical programming tools (e.g. R, Python).

• Believes in the power of Sports to transform lives. Enjoys sports.
