Sport Singapore is seeking a self-motivated Project Administrator to drive strategic planning and facilitate corporate relationships that align with Vision 2030 outcomes. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational and analytical skills, and have a background in business planning or sport management. This is a 12-month temporary contract offering a competitive salary.

Overview
This role will be responsible for driving strategic sense-making and manages corporate planning and relationships to achieve SportSG and Vision 2030 outcomes, in alignment with the Whole-of-Government (WOG) and MCCY agenda.
What you will be working on:
1. SportSG-HPB Bilat Secretariat
Plan, facilitate and coordinate the workstreams, to deliver key milestones and with the desired outcomes aligned to corporate objectives
Work with Health Promotion Board to manage various project plans, timelines, and resource requirements.
Plan, coordinate and execute change initiatives, ensuring adherence to project milestones and deadlines.
Develop business case to secure approval for implementation plan and the necessary resourcing.
Monitor and review project progress, identifying, assessing, and recommending options to address potential roadblocks.
Organise meetings and communications with senior management, stakeholders and respective project working teams.
2. Business Unit Integration
Ensure high performance alignment and identify opportunities for greater synergy among internal stakeholders
Align business units’ objectives with SportSG’s vision and strategies, working with relevant business units
Support the development of strategies and policies in consideration of corporate perspectives
Foster open communication and collaboration between internal stakeholders/business units on cross cutting issues and common agenda
Harvest insights from business units to identify integration gaps and opportunities for innovation and improvement
3. Corporate planning
Develop plans and organise resources for corporate strategy management
Formulate and monitor strategic plans in service of corporate vision and whole-of-government outcomes.
Work with business units on budget management and resource allocation to achieve desired outcomes and KPIs
Facilitate generative dialogues on innovative and strategic topics to engage the leadership and key stakeholders
4. Corporate relationship
Identify and engage key partners to amplify the impact of SportSG
Develop a strategy for collaborations with key partners (local and international) to deepen SportSG’s engagements and capabilities, with a focus on high performance.
Work with MCCY to manage government to government interactions and engagements.

Academic background in strategic planning, business planning sport management or policy analysis preferred
Preferably with experience as a project administrator in multi-disciplinary projects
At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Strong analytical skills and good business acumen.
Excellent oral and written communication with good interpersonal skills. Able to deal with numbers.
Resourceful and able to work independently as well as a team
Proficient computer skills (standard software applications such as MS Office, email communications and internet research)
