Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a finance professional with Nostro reconciliation experience to join a European bank's Singapore operations. The role covers daily reconciliations, disbursements, month-end accounting and regulatory reporting, with emphasis on accurate processing and strong financial controls.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of finance or banking operations experience, a degree in Accounting or Finance, and solid knowledge of Singapore banking regulations.

• Hands-on Nostro reconciliation and vendor disbursements experience.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore banking regulations and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile Nostro accounts daily and follow up on outstanding items.
• Process vendor payments and staff reimbursements.
• Prepare month end journals, provisions, prepayments and depreciation entries, and maintain fixed asset register.
• Calculate daily MAS regulatory ratios and support regulatory reporting.
• Prepare statutory accounts, audit schedules and data extracts for tax.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on finance projects and deliverables.

• Prepare month end journals, provisions, prepayments and depreciation entries, and maintain the fixed asset register.
• Calculate daily MAS regulatory ratios and support accurate, timely regulatory reporting.
• Prepare statutory accounts, audit schedules and data extracts for tax related requirements.
• Contribute to finance projects and operational assignments, coordinating with stakeholders to meet deliverables.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Min. 3 to 5 years of relevant finance, accounting or banking operations experience.
• Proven hands on experience in daily Nostro reconciliation and vendor disbursements.
• Good knowledge of Singapore banking regulations and demonstrated regulatory reporting experience.
