Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a 12-month Engineer to deploy, configure, manage and maintain cyber security systems across networks, endpoints and messaging. The role covers security deployment for on-site environments with a focus on enterprise-grade protections.

You will work in the Geylang Bahru / Potong Pasir area, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–6pm, with a 1-year extendable contract and a competitive salary of SGD 5,000–7,000 plus a 1-month completion bonus per year.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer-related disciplines.
• At least 5 years of experience that covers management of enterprise security solution.
• Experience in implementation and integration of Cyber Security Platform.
• Knowledge across various information security technologies/areas in a large enterprise including firewalls, intrusion detection, encryption, Linux O/S, Windows O/S, databases, antivirus, patch management, vulnerability scanning, backup, logging and monitoring, remote access, application development, network security, application security, and change management.
• Information Security or IT Controls Certification such as CISSP, CISA, CISM would be an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, manage and maintain cyber security systems across networks, applications and endpoints.
• Oversee security technologies including firewall, IDS/IPS, VPN, and SIEM.
• Manage vulnerability scanning, patching, monitoring and incident response activities.
• Coordinate with IT teams in a large enterprise to ensure security controls and compliance.

Job Scope:

Person will be responsible for deployment, configuration, management and maintenance of the following Cyber system/tool:

• Network security (e.g. intrusion prevention system, virtual private network)
• Web security (e.g. URL filtering, Proxy, web application firewall)
• End point security (e.g. anti-malware, device control, application control, data loss prevention or network access control)
• Messaging security (e.g. anti-malware, anti-spam, content filtering)
• Security & vulnerability (security information and event management, security device systems management, device and application vulnerability management)
• Automation of management tasks

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer-related disciplines
• At least 5 years of experience that covers management of enterprise security solution
