Demonstrates the ability to support the broader Distribution Assistants' Team in Asia ex Japan in standard assistant duties. This also includes administrative support to Business Development Associates and coverage for Senior Managers. Independently performs a range of tasks and responsibilities. Works under direction as needed. Continually strives to develop their working knowledge of the asset management industry, Capital Group, EACG, and Managers’ priorities and preferences to anticipate needs, take full ownership of administrative processes, and minimize the administrative burden for managers. Works productively with peers.

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions, and vesting requirements, you will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus, and a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
