Temporary Customer Service Officer (Contract till Jan 2026 Renewable | Toa Payoh | Diploma)

Job Type:
Start Date: September 2025
End Date: 31 January 2026
Work Days: Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays)
Work Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm (1-hour lunch break)
Work Location: HDB Hub, Toa Payoh

About the Role

We are looking for Temporary Customer Service Officers to support frontline and administrative operations at a government agency. You will be part of a dedicated team that handles walk-in and phone enquiries, provides guidance on e-services, and supports day-to-day office functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend to walk-in customers (by appointment) and address their queries.

  • Respond to calls from property agents and agencies via designated phone lines.

  • Make reminder and survey calls to stakeholders.

  • Support backend testing of internal IT systems.

  • Assist in filing, document disposal, data entry, and other admin duties.

  • Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma qualification

  • Able to communicate effectively to handle telephone queries.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Good interpersonal skills, patient and sensitive when engaging with diverse individuals.

  • IT-savvy, meticulous, and able to work both independently and in a team.

  • Must be comfortable working fully on-site.
