Job Description
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS) business growth in emerging markets, focusing on Cooling, Solar PV, and related solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including country heads, engineering, and finance, to develop value propositions and tailor solutions to meet customer needs.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, developing strategies to capitalize on them.
- Develop financial models to assess the viability of EaaS projects.
- Perform financial analysis to support decision-making, including pricing, contracts, and risk assessment.
- Prepare business cases and financial projections for stakeholders.
- Implement contract management processes to mitigate risks and optimize performance.
- Work with legal counsel on legal and contractual issues.
- Perform other duties as reasonably requested by supervisors or department heads.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field.
- MBA or advanced degree is advantageous.
- 5-8 years of commercial experience in energy or infrastructure sectors.
- Deep understanding of the EaaS business model, especially in Cooling, Solar PV, and related domains.
- Experience in emerging markets.
- Strong financial skills, including modeling and analysis.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate teams, and work independently.
